Exhibitors Information
We are looking for community organizations who are interested in hosting hands-on STEAM (Science, Technology, Engineering, Arts & Math) activities during the STEAM Expo on March 8, 2025. The STEAM Expo is a community event to highlight our K-12 student’s academic accomplishments, both in competition (Science fair) and non competitive showcase of student work, including student performances. In addition, families will interact with community partners with hands- on engaging activities- which is where YOU come in!
We would like hands-on, interactive, and engaging activities or demonstrations suitable for all ages including adults! No sales or soliciting donations please. Set-up will be open on Friday March 7 from 8am-8pm, or Saturday 8:00am-9:00am. Exhibits must be set up by 10:00 am on March 8. The Expo is open to the public beginning at 10:30 am until 3:00 pm on March 8, 2024. All exhibits must remain completely intact until 3:00 pm, Saturday, March 8, 2025.
Exhibitions at the Santa Cruz County STEAM Expo include instructional activities, demonstrations, interactive activities, visual and performing arts, from educators and students throughout the county, parks, museums, and businesses that support or encourage STEAM activities.
